The master bedroom includes one double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. The bright modern living room includes comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning, with direct access to the pool terrace. The American kitchen has a stylish black cabinet design and is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking equipment. Outside, the sheltered private pool is set in a wide garden with sun loungers, sitting areas, terrace and barbecue area. The private outdoor pool measures approximately 12 m x 5 m with 1.55 m depth.
