Villa Melisa is located in Islamlar Village, one of Kalkan’s peaceful nature-focused holiday areas. Completed in May 2016, the villa is approximately 10 minutes by car from Kalkan center and offers a wonderful Patara view. It has 3 en-suite bedrooms and accommodation capacity for up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms include jacuzzi, while the third bedroom has direct access to the poolside. The villa is set in a quiet area with limited surrounding construction and is ideal for guests looking for privacy, nature and a calm holiday atmosphere. The garden includes a private sheltered pool, child pool, sunbathing area, dining table, garden seating group, gazebo and barbecue. The pool measures approximately 11 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.5 m. The open-plan kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, dining table, oven, 4-burner hob, kettle, dinnerware for 6 guests, pans, pots and cutlery.
